At Hava & Co, we value your time and ours, so we’ve established the following policies:
NO SHOW POLICY
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the booked service
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
To avoid a fee, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before your appointment through our booking system. Late changes will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
SECURING YOUR BOOKING
Payment details are required to secure your appointment, but you won’t be charged until after your service. Walk-ins are welcome if there are openings. Card transactions incur a small processing fee; bring cash to avoid this fee.
