Terms and Conditions
With a great demand for appointment times and because we respect your time and our own, we have introduced the following policies to ensure the smooth operation of our Salons.
Late Policy
On time, or a little early for your scheduled appointment is ideal. If you are running late, please give us a heads up and call or message ahead.
If you are running late by 10 mins or more, we will have to reschedule your appointment and won’t be refunding deposits. This is to ensure we have sufficient time to deliver the service and experience you deserve.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand, sometimes the unexpected happens and you cannot make an appointment. We would appreciate a minimum of 2 hours-notice. This gives our team plenty of time to fill the now vacant appointment. Your deposit will be refunded!
If you don’t show up for your booking without notice or call within the 2 hours-notice window, your deposit will NOT be refunded. If this happens again, we will have no choice but to require full payment over the phone before making any booking.
